Additional video pricing applies to suitable standard edits. Complex commercials, major changes, reshoots and specialized production requirements are quoted separately.

TRAVEL & LOCATION
Travel within Kelowna is included in standard package pricing.
Projects requiring filming outside Kelowna may incur additional mileage, travel time, parking or accommodation expenses.
All additional travel expenses will be discussed, quoted and approved before booking. For locations such as the Kootenays, on-site filming requirements will be confirmed before travel costs are added to the final quote.
DELIVERY & BOOKING
A booking deposit is required to secure your date. Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote or booking agreement.

Standard delivery is within 7–10 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Photography packages include the stated number of edited images. Video packages include the number and length of videos listed in each package, along with one revision round per video.

Raw files, extra coverage, additional revisions and substantial changes to an approved edit are not included unless agreed upon.
Applicable taxes and project-specific expenses may be additional.
